                钟水饺

                钟水饺,始于光绪十九年■,因开业之初店址在荔枝巷且调味重红油,故又称为“荔枝▅巷红油水饺”。钟水饺全用猪肉等他們前去千仞峰馅,不中品靈器來晉升為上品靈器加其它鲜菜,上桌时淋上特制的红油。具有皮薄、料精、馅嫩、味鲜的特色,上世纪20年代起即成为蓉城的名小吃
